Coconut Cup Cakes

Ingredients

Butter 45 grams
Coconut 30 grams
Sugar 55 grams
egg 1
Flour 85 grams
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Milk If required
Paper Cups


Method :-

Sift together flour and baking powder Cream, Sugar and butter.
Add Egg and mix well again.
Mix, coconut, baking powder and flour into the mixture.
Beat well.
If required add small amount of milk.
Put the mixture into the paper cups.
Only fill the cups till half.
Bake it at 400 degree F for 15 - 20 minute.
Take out the cakes from oven till golden brown.
