Ginger Biscuits

Ingredients

Home Butter 1 1/2 cup
Castor Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Eggs 3
Honey 10 - 12 tsp
Flour 6 1/2 cups
Corn flour 1 cup
Baking Powder 10 tsp
Ginger powder grounded 6 - 7 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp

Ingredients

1) Whip the butter and sugar very lightly.
2) Add eggs and honey, and mix well.
3) Mix the dry ingredients and fold in butter mixture. CHill for a few hours.
4) Roll out and cut rounds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree C.
